What is a calibration?
Is a service by which we ensure that your instruments readings are accurate with reference to established international standards. At the end we can provide you with a calibration report, a service report and a certificate of the standards used.
IQ/OQ Qualification
Installation Qualification: IQ ensures that the equipment is installed correctly upon delivery.
Operation Qualification: OQ is the process of demonstrating that an equipment will function according to its operational specifications in the selected environment.
Repairs
When your instrument has any issue or is not in working condition, you can call our experts and schedule an onsite service appointment, our engineers will inspect it, diagnose the problem and repair it until we restore the instrument to its operational form. At the end you will receive a complete service report detailing the procedures done on the instrument.
Preventive Maintenance
If you want to be prepare and avoid any unforeseen problems that affect your instrument at the most critical time, you can schedule a preventive maintenance appointment. Our engineer will go to your lab and go through a full inspection of your equipment, clean it inside and out and they will search for any worn out parts that put the operation or the instrument at risk of failure, all of these will be highlighted for replacement, after the service, you will receive a complete and detailed service report.
Service contracts
If you want peace of mind that your laboratory will be operating continuously leave it to us in the form of a service contract. During the duration of the contract we will perform scheduled preventive maintenance on the instruments covered by the contract, you will have the opportunity to include any corrective maintenance needed and will have priority in scheduling an onsite service.
Installation and Familiarization
We can unpack, inspect any new equipment you have and install it for you. The service ends with a familiarization of the instrument.
